Affected by high temperature weather, the air source power equipment – air compressor in PSA nitrogen making machine may stop, which may be caused by the following reasons:

(1)    The exhaust pressure of the air compressor in PSA nitrogen making machine is too high. When the exhaust pressure exceeds the rated pressure, the long time operation will cause the compressor and diesel engine to heat up due to the heavy load, leading to the shutdown of the air compressor. In this case, it is necessary to check and adjust the pressure valve, and then check the diesel throttle control system and otherwise fail.

(2)    The radiator is blocked. When there is more dust flying around the air compressor, the long-term operation of the air compressor will cause the surface of the radiator to adhere to a layer of dust or oil, and the internal structure is easy to be blocked by the accumulation of oil scale, affecting the heat dissipation effect.

(3)    The oil level of cooling oil is too low. When the air compressor is checked, the oil level should be supplemented immediately when it is lower than the lower end of the inspection tube.

(4)    The oil filter of the hollow press of PSA nitrogen making machine is too dirty. When the oil filter in the compressor is too dirty, the resistance oil can not enter the compressor according to the normal flow rate, and the compressor will quickly warm up due to the insufficient cooling oil. When the oil pressure difference in and out exceeds 0.18Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced.

(5)     The core of the oil and gas separator is too dirty. When the oil and gas separator core is too dirty, the oil affects the circulation due to excessive resistance, resulting in overheating shutdown. In this case, the pressure difference before and after loading should be judged. When the pressure difference between the two ends is 3 at the beginning of startup or the maximum pressure difference reaches 0.1Mpa, the oil and gas separator core should be cleaned or replaced.

(6)    Low oil label or poor oil quality. When the special oil for compressor configured in the air compressor is low in label or inferior in quality, the viscosity and specific heat can not reach the standard, resulting in too high temperature.
